What You’ll Do:

Connect with new and existing customers to discuss their insurance needs

Help customers understand coverage options and recommend solutions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up with prospects and referrals

Support the agency’s growth by generating new business

Participate in training and professional development

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated and comfortable talking with customers

Organized and dependable

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Preferred (but not required):

Property & Casualty license

Experience in sales, retail, banking, or customer service
