What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Account Representative, you'll focus on developing new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.

Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer risks and insurance needs.

Present customized insurance solutions across multiple product lines.

Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Perform policy reviews and recommend coverage enhancements when appropriate.

Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers.

Assist with renewals and retention efforts.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation.

Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Active Life & Health Insurance License.

Previous insurance sales experience.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
