Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewals.
- Manage and update client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support marketing and sales efforts to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.

Compensation - $55,000 - $80,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses
