As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career by developing new business, connecting with clients, and providing personalized insurance solutions. What You'll Do

Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide value and protection

Guide clients through the insurance process from initial conversation through policy placement

Follow up with leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales process

Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships

Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a positive client experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (preferred)

Experienced in insurance sales, business development, or a customer-focused sales role

Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results

A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people

Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

Interested in building a long-term career in insurance
