    Full-Time | In Office | Sandy Springs, GA Expected Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

    Cleo Meyer - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated, coachable, and sales-driven team member to join our growing agency. This is a full-time, in-office sales role focused on new customer acquisition, outbound calling, lead follow-up, and helping customers choose insurance products that fit their needs.

    No insurance experience required — paid training and licensing support provided.

    This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable spending much of the day on the phone, and wants to be rewarded for consistent activity and results. You must be willing to get licensed, follow a proven sales process, and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
    • Follow up quickly with inbound leads and quote requests
    • Ask questions to understand customer needs beyond price
    • Prepare and present insurance quotes
    • Help customers with policy applications and new customer onboarding
    • Identify opportunities to bundle and recommend additional products
    • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the agency system
    • Meet daily activity goals and monthly production goals
    • Participate in daily team meetings, training, coaching, and role-play
    • Follow agency scripts, systems, and compliance expectations

    What We're Looking For

    • Sales, customer service, call center, or phone-based experience preferred
    • Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Motivated by goals, performance, and commission opportunity
    • Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
    • Positive, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
    • Organized and able to manage follow-up consistently
    • Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
    • Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses

    Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based commission. High performers have significant earning potential based on production, activity, and results. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
