    What You'll Do

    • Proactively reach out to existing and prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and present tailored solutions
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive referrals and retention
    • Guide customers through policy applications, renewals, and coverage reviews
    • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

    What We're Looking For

    • A self-starter with a competitive drive and a passion for helping people
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable on the phone and in person
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred — we will support you in obtaining licensure

    Compensation

    This position offers a base salary plus commission. Compensation is performance-driven, meaning top performers have significant earning upside. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

    Competitive Compensation: $55,000–$80,000 - salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses

    State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm Insurance. The agent is responsible for all employment decisions related to this position.
