Position Overview

Usery Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing Allstate team. This is a hybrid opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions.

Our producers focus on sales—not policy servicing. We have a dedicated service team, allowing you to spend your time developing new business and growing your income.

Responsibilities

Generate and close new insurance business.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.

Achieve individual sales and production goals.

Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry changes.

Accurately document sales activity and customer information.

Qualifications

Active GA Property & Casualty license required.

Georgia license - resident or non-resident - required before your start date.

Previous insurance sales experience preferred.

Life license is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
