    Job Title: Insurance Advisor & Client Account Manager Location: In-office (4 days/week) – Local candidates only Employment Type: Full-time We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Advisor & Client Account Manager to support our operations and client relations. This role sits at the center of our new business workflow—coordinating with third-party vendors, supporting advisor (broker) partners, and ensuring a smooth experience from case submission through completion. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in insurance or financial services who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and keeping processes on track. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage relationships with third-party case management vendors • Monitor case progress to ensure timely updates and completion • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to new business submissions • Serve as a point of contact for advisor (broker) partners, providing responsive and solutions-oriented support • Run basic insurance illustrations and assist with proposal preparation • Handle light client service tasks, ensuring a high-quality client experience • Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems Qualifications: • Professional experience (insurance, financial services, or related field preferred) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach • Comfortable working in the office 4 days per week (local candidates only) Preferred (but not required) • Prior experience with any type of insurance (life, health, annuities, etc.) • Familiarity with illustrations or case management systems Licensing • An insurance license is not required to start, but the willingness to obtain licensure over time is expected (support will be provided) Compensation: $60,000
