Savino Insurance Group is expanding and looking for motivated, outgoing, coachable individuals who want to build a long-term career in health insurance.

    Our philosophy is simple:

Value for the Customer. Income for the Advisor.

We provide the training, systems, mentorship, and one of the biggest expenses associated with building an insurance business:

    THE LEADS.

You focus on learning the business, developing your communication skills, talking with prospective clients, and becoming great at helping people find coverage.

    What You'll Actually Do

Individuals, families, self-employed professionals, and business owners submit requests for information about health insurance.

Those prospective clients are delivered directly into our CRM.

Your job is to call them.

This is not a position where you sit and wait for inbound calls.

    You will learn how to:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients who requested health insurance information

Get someone's attention and build rapport

    Have confident, natural conversations

Understand a client's coverage needs and budget

Determine eligibility and identify appropriate coverage options

Set appointments and follow up with prospective clients

Help clients enroll in coverage once properly licensed

Use our CRM, scripts, systems, and proven processes

You don't need to know insurance when you start.

We can teach insurance. We can teach products. We can teach our system.

We're looking for people who are willing to communicate, learn, be coached, and consistently put in the activity.

No License Yet? We'll Help You Get Started.

No previous insurance experience is required.

If you're not currently licensed, we'll provide guidance as you work toward obtaining the appropriate resident Health & Life insurance license in your state.

New candidates are expected to make licensing a priority, with a goal of completing their required pre-licensing coursework within approximately two weeks.

While working toward licensing, you'll begin learning:

    Introduction and qualification scripts

    Appointment setting

    Client communication

    CRM operation

    Follow-up techniques

    Product fundamentals

    Our complete sales process

Already licensed? You may be able to move through training and begin producing considerably faster.

    We Provide the Leads

Generating enough prospective clients to speak with can be one of the largest expenses of building an insurance business.

We provide company-generated leads at no cost to our advisors.

    You also receive:

    Integrated CRM and sales systems

    Training and mentorship

    Proven scripts and processes

    Product and sales training

    Ongoing coaching

    Residual and renewal income opportunities

    Performance bonuses

    Leadership opportunities

    Override income opportunities

    Agency-building opportunities

    We provide the infrastructure.

Your responsibility is to work the system consistently.

    Products & Client Solutions

Our primary product portfolio includes UnitedHealthcare-related health coverage options utilizing a large PPO network, including plan designs that may offer zero-deductible options for eligible clients.

We also have access to additional carriers and solutions.

That flexibility allows our advisors to look beyond a single solution and help more clients find coverage appropriate for their needs, eligibility, and budget.

    Compensation & Career Paths

This is a performance-based, commission opportunity — not a guaranteed salary position.

Your income is determined by your production.

    Successful advisors have opportunities for:

    New business commissions

    Residual and renewal income

    Performance bonuses

    Leadership income

    Overrides

    Long-term agency growth

Full-time advisors who become proficient with our system have the opportunity to build $65,000–$95,000 annual incomes, while high-performing producers may earn substantially more.

Individual results vary. Your income will depend on factors including activity, hours worked, skill development, consistency, and production.

We also understand that experienced advisors may want different career structures.

Multiple agency paths may be available depending on your experience, licensing, and professional goals.

We'll explain the options so you can determine which opportunity makes the most sense for your career.

    Remote Doesn't Mean Part-Time Effort

The flexibility of working remotely comes with responsibility.

Successful advisors treat this like a business.

You must be able to stay productive without someone constantly supervising you.

    Candidates should have:

    Reliable high-speed internet

    A reliable computer

A quiet, professional place to make calls

    Strong verbal communication skills

    Self-discipline and personal accountability

    A positive attitude

The ability to stay focused while working remotely

A home environment that allows you to dedicate the necessary time and focus

The ability and willingness to obtain the required insurance license

    Who We're Looking For

Insurance experience isn't what determines whether someone succeeds here.

We're looking for people who are:

Outgoing and comfortable talking to people

    Confident enough to start conversations

    Positive and energetic

    Coachable

    Competitive

    Self-motivated

    Dependable

    Goal-oriented

    Persistent without being pushy

    Comfortable with performance-based compensation

    Able to work independently

Serious about building a long-term career

Every lead represents a real person.

They have jobs, families, businesses, and busy schedules. They may also hear from other insurance professionals.

The advisor who learns to communicate effectively, listen, follow up, and create genuine value gives themselves the greatest opportunity to win the client's business.

You Work for Yourself — But Not by Yourself

You're not simply learning how to sell an insurance policy.

    You're building clients.

    You're building skills.

    You're building residual income.

And, if leadership interests you, you may eventually have the opportunity to build a team and agency of your own.

We provide the leads, systems, training, coaching, and support.

    You bring the work ethic.

    Ready to Build Something?

If you're outgoing, coachable, self-motivated, and serious about building a career where your effort can directly affect your income, we'd like to speak with you.

    This is a remote position.
