About the Role TrueChoice Coverage is a growing insurance agency seeking a Director of Agency Operations to help lead and shape the operational side of the business.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations

Help establish and maintain carrier relationships and appointments

Lead and support agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes

Build and improve internal workflows and operational processes

Help keep projects and timelines on track

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization

Collaborate closely with leadership to support overall business growth

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment selling individual policies (life insurance preferred; individual health or personal lines also relevant)

Experience with agency operations, onboarding, licensing, or compliance

Ability to take ownership and work independently when needed

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment

Additional Details

Base salary: $135,000 – $160,000

Additional performance-based bonus (15–20%) tied to operational goals

Total compensation potential: $155,000 – $190,000+
