Compensation & Opportunity
General Managers participate in a compensation structure designed to reward both production and long-term relationship building.
Typical new business compensation equates to approximately 8% of premium written, with renewal compensation averaging approximately 5% of premium serviced, depending on carrier mix and product placement.

Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty license
Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
Strong relationship-building skills
