Insurance Agency Inbound Customer Service Representative

Join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Sharie Withers in Tyler, TX and help us provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their insurance needs

Providing information about insurance products and services

Processing policy changes and updates

Resolving customer inquiries and issues

Updating customer records and information in the database

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service in the insurance industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Active insurance license or ability to obtain one

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others

Sign on bonus of $500-$1000 if prior experience with Allstate or State Farm
