    Key Responsibilities

    Manage, service, and grow an insurance book of business

    Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business development strategies

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners

    Recruit, develop, and lead agency staff as needed

    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

    Oversee daily agency operations and performance metrics

    Drive agency growth through customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities

    Qualifications

    Active Property & Casualty License (required)

    Life & Health License (preferred)

    Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or agency operations

    Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

    Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

    Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals

    Ability to successfully complete background and credit requirements

    Financial readiness to support agency operations, including staffing and marketing investments

    Compensation

    Compensation may include:
