About the Opportunity

Farmers Insurance is looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our Agent Training Program. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools needed to successfully run your own Farmers Insurance agency.

As a trainee, you’ll work alongside an experienced agency owner, gaining real-world experience in sales, customer service, and business development. Upon completion, you’ll have the opportunity to become a fully independent agency owner.

What You’ll Do

Learn the insurance business by working directly with an experienced agent

Build strong client relationships and help clients select the right coverage

Develop marketing and sales strategies to grow your business

Deliver excellent customer service and policy support

Gain knowledge in the financial and operational aspects of running an agency

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to own your own business

Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient

Ability to obtain Colorado insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Health)

Sales or business experience is a plus but not required
