Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead and mentor our sales team, manage marketing and lead generation efforts, and ensure that the agency meets its sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our remote team and driving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies to support sales efforts.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Implement effective sales processes and strategies to drive performance and ensure team success.
Expand and manage the current remote team, ensuring alignment with agency goals and standards.
Collaborate with senior management to set and execute agency sales strategies and objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Experience in marketing and lead management to drive effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
