    Role and Responsibilities:

    Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities following the agency training for effective skills improvement by concentrating on different categories of business to pursue on a weekly basis.

    New policy set-up: Serve as a trusted advisor by uncovering the client's needs, identifying gaps in coverage, recommending solutions, and converting policies using our proven Agency Relationship Process.

    Upsell/Cross-Selling: Implement upselling strategies to encourage existing clients to expand their coverage. Engage in active prospecting to discover new business opportunities with current clients that already trust our agency and the team.

    Agency Relationship Process: Adhere consistently to the Cisneros Agency Relationship Process with feedback, and training to improve on relationship processes.

    Working alongside Agency Owner for community marketing events to increase agency leads.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a role involving sales, customer service, or direct client interaction.

    Licensing: The willingness and ability to obtain state-required Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses. Agency will compensate for time in insurance school + pay for one attempt of the license exam.

    Coachability: A demonstrated willingness to learn and implement feedback.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen actively to uncover client needs.

    Self-Motivation: Proven ability to be a proactive self-starter. The responsibility of "prospecting" requires someone who doesn't need constant oversight to find new opportunities.

    Bilingual Spanish & English Speaking preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Compensation: $21.63 - $26.44/hour base pay + uncapped commissions after a 90-day training period.

    Top-Tier Earning potential: On-target earnings for top performers are $65,000 - $100,000+.
