About the Role:

Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Harley Alloway as an Insurance Agency Telemarketer in Austin, TX! This exciting opportunity allows you to connect with potential clients and help them secure their insurance needs while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote insurance products.

Engage potential customers with persuasive communication and active listening.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with prospective clients.

Provide information on various insurance policies and answer customer inquiries.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas to drive business growth.

Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or marketing is a plus.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
