Job Description:
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families secure the best insurance coverage to meet their specific health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, assess their insurance requirements, and provide tailored insurance solutions. You will be well-versed in different health insurance products, options, and state regulations, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their coverage choices.
All calls are in-bound from the top lead providers in the industry!!!!
Qualifications:
Must possess either a 215 or 240 Health License, valid in the state of Florida.
Proven experience as a Licensed Insurance Agent, preferably in the health insurance sector.
In-depth knowledge of various health insurance products, policies, and enrollment procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using insurance-related software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
