    What to Expect as a New Hire:

    Training: Comprehensive training on Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and sales strategies. Client Outreach: Set 10-20 appointments or transfers per week while mastering the sales process. Sales Goals:

    Week 1: 0 Sales

    Week 2: 3 Sales

    Week 3: 7 Sales

    Week 4: 10 Sales

    Week 5: 12 Sales

    Weeks 6-12: 15 Sales per week

    90-Day Goal: 111 cumulative sales
