About the Role Conver & Winchell Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent who enjoys working with people. You’ll be the trusted contact for our clients, helping with policy questions, coverage options, and billing support. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and like building real connections, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Help clients with auto, home, and recreational (“toys”) insurance

Answer billing and policy questions

Review coverage to make sure it’s accurate and complete

Stay up to date on products and industry changes

Use Hawksoft (our CMS) to track client interactions

What We’re Looking For

MT Property & Casualty insurance license

2+ years personal lines experience (independent agency a plus)

Great communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and integrity

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
