About the Role

We are looking for Licensed Insurance Agents (215/240 license) to join our Boca Raton office. As a licensed agent, you will work directly with qualified prospects, educate them on health insurance options, and assist them in selecting the right coverage.

Responsibilities

• Handle leads passed from telemarketers and convert them into enrolled clients

• Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

• Present and explain health insurance plans clearly and compliantly

• Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations

• Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active Florida 215 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 240 (Health) license required

• Proven sales experience in health insurance or a related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
