In this role as a Producer, your responsibilities will include:
\- Utilizing your core skills in insurance sales, sales, and communication to effectively communicate with clients and promote insurance products.
\- Leveraging your premium skills in outside sales, negotiation, and retail sales to drive sales and meet targets.
\- Applying your multilingual abilities, including proficiency in Spanish, to cater to a diverse customer base and enhance customer satisfaction.
\- Using your analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
\- Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
\- Participating in sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
\- Mentoring and guiding junior insurance agents in their professional development.
