Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals Qualifications: • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • A candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT) Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
