Farmers Insurance is seeking driven, entrepreneurial professionals to join our Agent Protégé Program — a structured, 12-month development track designed to prepare you to successfully own and operate your own agency.

You'll work directly with a top-performing mentor agent , gaining real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business operations while building the skills and confidence to run your own business.

What You'll Get

• Base salary + uncapped commission

What You'll Do

• Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Work agency-provided leads and referrals
• Build and manage your own book of business

• Train directly with your mentor on agency management
