This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their careers in the insurance industry with the support of a nationally recognized brand. As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio while delivering personalized insurance solutions. This position offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and operational support to help you succeed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

    Provide tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines

    Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support

    Work with district leadership to achieve sales and performance goals

    Manage day-to-day business operations, including marketing and client outreach

    Recruit, train, and oversee licensed support staff as your business grows

    Compensation & Incentives

    Commission-based compensation structure

    Performance-based bonus opportunities during the initial 3 year program period

    Additional incentives tied to new business production and growth milestones

    Marketing and lead generation support available

    Note: Compensation and bonus eligibility are based on meeting program requirements and performance criteria.

    Qualifications

    Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)

    Active Life & Health License (Required)

    Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

    Ability to meet applicable background screening requirements

    Ability to satisfy program requirements related to business operations and licensing
