An established and growing Agency in Dallas is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated professional with a Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License who enjoys building relationships and helping clients protect what matters most.
This role focuses on selling and servicing personal lines insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow the agency’s client base. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and knowledgeable about personal lines insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and service personal lines insurance policies including auto, home, and related coverages
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on policy renewals and service requests
Support agency growth through cross-selling and referrals
Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Previous experience selling or servicing insurance policies preferred
Willingness to obtain a Texas Life & Health License
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
Ability to work in a professional in-office environment
Work Environment
On-site position in Dallas, TX
Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
