Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will sell insurance policies, provide exceptional client service, and help us grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell insurance policies based on client needs
• Clearly explain policy details, answer questions, and resolve concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects through outbound calls
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required (multilingual a plus)
