Prior Experience: Served 15 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in the medical field, building a strong foundation in discipline, care, and leadership
Passionate About: Her faith, family, and enjoying life’s simple moments, especially tacos and any place with sun and water. Whether she’s spending time with loved ones, relaxing by the beach, or debating why breakfast tacos are the best, she brings energy and authenticity to everything she does.
Meet Angel Quintana, DSC:
Time with Aflac: 3½ years
Prior Experience: Spent 18½ years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a mechanic, developing a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Passionate About: Fishing, shooting, working on vehicles, and spending time outdoors. Whether he’s under the hood, out on the water, or in the woods, he enjoys staying active and is always ready with a story that starts with, “You won’t believe what happened…”

Passionate About: Building, fixing, and managing life on a farm while caring for a variety of animals. Whether she’s working on a project or taking care of her animals, she thrives in a hands-on lifestyle powered by hard work, resilience, and a little bit of mud.
Meet Anna Taylor, Regional Operations Coordinator:

Prior Experience: Background in property management, with experience in organization and operations
Passionate About: Cheering on the Dallas Mavericks, getting lost in a good book, and picking up new hobbies, often rotating from one interest to the next. Whether she’s exploring something new or tuning in for game time, she brings curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm into everything she does.
Role Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You’ll conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. You’ll also provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, while staying engaged through team meetings and training.
Qualifications:
Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
Proven industry experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and results driven.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
