Insurance Agents working with our agency gain direct access to top carriers such as Progressive, Travelers, Geico, Foremost, Next Insurance, Bristol West, and more. Agents can sell and manage renewals for auto, home, and business insurance lines, earning commissions in a flexible work environment. Opportunities include fully remote, office-based, or hybrid setups, with support from agency management software and customer CRM tools to streamline sales and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, and business insurance policies across multiple lines
• Manage and track commission earnings accurately
• Build and maintain high-touch client relationships through frequent contact
• Operate efficiently in remote, office-based, or hybrid work environments
• Use agency management software and CRM to facilitate sales and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in insurance sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• State Insurance License and Property and Casualty License
• Proficiency in insurance sales and client relationship management
• Experience with carrier contracting and negotiation
• Strong time management, communication skills, and self-motivation
