Responsibilities: • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business • Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial • Must display strong leadership and communication skills • Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships • Candidates must clear a background check • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
