Responsibilities: • Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers • Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs • Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others • Must successfully complete a background check • Proven leadership and communication skills • One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial • Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
