    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored commercial insurance solutions. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new commercial clients and retain existing ones.

    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand and evaluate client's insurance requirements.

    • Present and explain complex insurance policies and advise clients on the most suitable products based on their business needs.

    • Maintain a strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market, trends, and products to provide expert advice to clients.

    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.

    • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the agency.

    • Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and agency policies.

    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.

    Requirements:

    • Proven sales experience.

    • Valid insurance license in Nebraska or the ability to obtain one upon hiring.

    • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to tailor policies to meet client needs.

    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage complex information.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • High level of integrity and professionalism.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
