    Client Enrollment Associate — Training Provided (No Degree Required) The Odell Agency | Northport, AL / Meridian, MS | Surrounding Areas

    Local applicants only: you must be within commuting distance of Northport or Meridian and able to start in-person. Hybrid/remote becomes an option after onboarding + licensing.

    Interview scheduling starts immediately after you apply. We respond within 24 business hours.

    Start in-person (Northport or Meridian): learn the workflow live—appointments, paperwork, follow-up, coaching.

    Hybrid after onboarding + licensing: once you’re licensed and consistent, hybrid becomes an option.

    No degree required: we hire for communication, organization, and follow-through.

    No experience needed: we train you, coach you daily, and provide leads to start—then teach you how to build your own pipeline.

    What you’ll do

    Connect with people who requested information

    Qualify needs (ask questions, document details)

    Present options clearly (life + supplemental health)

    Enroll (complete applications, submit clean paperwork)

    Follow up (fix missing items, support clients after enrollment)

    What you won’t do: work random cold lists. You’ll follow up with people who requested help.
