    Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Manager who enjoys working directly with clients and playing a key role in managing their benefits programs. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in group benefits, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

    In this role, you’ll support a growing book of business by guiding clients through renewals, open enrollment, and day-to-day account needs. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for both employers and their employees, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

    What You’ll Do:

    Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and maintain strong client relationships

    Prepare renewal packages, including plan comparisons and cost breakdowns

    Guide clients through open enrollment and assist with employee communication materials

    Respond to employee questions and provide support with claims and coverage issues

    Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and policy updates accurately and efficiently

    Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry regulations

    What We’re Looking For:

    Active Life/Health license (or ability to obtain quickly)

    3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group account management

    Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

    Experience with Employee Navigator preferred
