    Position Overview:

    We’re looking for ambitious, coachable, and self-motivated Insurance Brokers to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in the financial industry or new to sales - if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals – you’ll win here.

    🔋 What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone or Zoom

    • Customize plans based on health, needs and budget

    • Use provided tools (CRM, quoting and underwriting software, etc.) to guide the customer journey

    • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly

    • Work fresh leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired

    • Collaborate with our support team to ensure same day client approvals

    💰 Compensation & Perks:

    Remote or in office opportunities.

    Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)

    Uncapped commissions – top closers make $8,000–$10,000/week

    🚀 What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven sales ability (Insurance, solar, real estate, door-to-door sales, or call center experience a plus)

    • Excellent communication and listening skills

    • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

    • Tech-savvy – you’re comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital tools

    • A winning mindset and willingness to learn

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Insurance sales experience (Life or Health)

    • Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)

    • Team building experience
