Responsibilities: • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary • Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims Qualifications: • B.A. in business or finance • Active insurance agent license in your state required • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Exceptional knowledge of the most recent types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Compensation: $88,500 - $117,000 yearly
