Your Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective client retention strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage communication across various platforms to respond to client needs promptly.
Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for policy enhancements.
Uncover additional lines of business. Bonus based on cross selling.
Collaborate with team members to assist in client retention efforts and share best practices.
Utilize data and analytics tools to track retention rates and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed in Property/Casualty with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
Proficient in MS Office and adept at using advanced CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Minimum 3 years of experience in client retention or account management within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of maintaining client relationships.
A team-oriented individual who is also self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
