    About Us We are a growing ABA agency headquartered in Dresher, PA, dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality therapy. We are looking for an Insurance Coordinator to join our insurance team. This is a remote role supporting two experienced insurance coordinators. If you are highly organized, a fast learner, and motivated to get things done right the first time, this role may be perfect for you.

    Position Summary The Insurance Coordinator will handle insurance authorizations, collections, and Single Case Agreements (SCAs) for our out-of-network ABA agency. While prior experience in insurance or healthcare administration is helpful, we are most interested in someone detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking. A big part of this role is advocating for our families—you’ll need the persistence and confidence to fight with insurance companies to secure approvals and ensure families can access the care they deserve.

    Key Responsibilities

    Submit and track authorizations for ABA services.

    Call insurance companies to verify benefits, follow up on claims, and resolve issues.

    Advocate for families by pushing through denials and working hard to get approvals.

    Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment planning.

    Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and service utilization.

    Assist with collections by following up on unpaid or denied claims.

    Support the preparation and negotiation of Single Case Agreements (SCAs).

    Prepare basic reports on insurance activity for leadership.

    Communicate effectively with insurance coordinators, BCBAs, and operations staff.

    Qualifications

    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Fast learner who can pick up systems and processes quickly.

    Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

    Confident and persistent when dealing with insurance companies.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to stay focused and work independently in a remote environment.

    Prior insurance or healthcare administration experience is a plus, but not required.
