High School Diploma
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
A successful candidate must obtain property & casualty insurance licenses within agreed time of hiring offer (30 Days) & life license (90 days from original hire date)
A candidate does not officially start until they are licensed.
Primary Job Functions & Activities:
The Primary role of the Loyalty Specialist is to take extra special care of our current customers and welcome all new and prospective customers!
Service Related:
This role will be primarily accountable for customer retention including questions or concerns about:
Brokerage & Alliances Maintenance
Flood Insurance Management
Agency Reputation (Online Reviews & Surveys)
Mail Management
Life Annual Statements
Assist with income phone calls
Help with billing issues and policy transactions
Conduct Personal Insurance Reviews
Other items to deliver outstanding customer experience
Sales Related:
Cross-sell while assisting current customers:
Life Insurance
Umbrella Insurance
Work with customers to use technology and tools that benefit them
Follow up with customers after sales to complete the new business process
Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written
Compensation & Benefits:
A successful candidate will make over $40,000 to $45,000 with base and bonus

Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM depending on lunch breaks
Weekend events 1 to 2 times per year
