About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at the Shane Cone Allstate Insurance Agency in Homewood, Alabama, as a Customer Service Account Manager! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs with ease and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist customers with policy information, coverage options and claims processes.

Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in our systems.

Educate customers on available insurance products and services to enhance their coverage.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of policies.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products to provide informed advice.

Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Requirements:

Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 45 days.

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
