About the Role:

Join Allstate Insurance Agency - John Tunnell as an Insurance Customer Service Agent in beautiful Lake Geneva, WI! In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional service to our valued clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries regarding policy coverage, claims, and billing.

Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and in-person.

Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice.

Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus.

Active insurance license in property and casualty preferred or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
