You'll also generate policy quotes and offer advice to new and potential customers, contributing to their financial peace of mind. We're looking for someone with a knack for building strong client relationships and a background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools • Engage with clients over Zoom and phone calls, ensuring each interaction is personalized and impactful. • Generate accurate policy quotes, providing clients with clear and concise information to aid their decision-making. • Offer expert advice to new and potential customers, guiding them towards financial peace of mind. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty. • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service offerings and client satisfaction. • Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide clients with the most relevant information. • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service excellence. Qualifications: • A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Willing to work in a pay-based-on-performance environment. No minimum or maximum goals to meet. • Flexible schedules, work from home. • Coachable and willing to get a life and health license within the first 30 days. • WE ARE 100% COMMISSION BASED. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000
