Insurance Customer Service Representative – In House Anderson SC

What you will be responsible for: • Servicing existing insurance clients with professionalism and urgency • Handling insurance policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage requests • Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy • Maintaining detailed and compliant client records • Working closely with the sales and service teams to retain clients and protect them.

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience required • Must be willing to obtain a South Carolina State insurance license • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-person office environment • Insurance experience preferred but not required
