What You’ll Do

• Deliver concierge-level customer service through in-office and phone interactions • Guide clients through coverage reviews, policy changes, and claims support • Identify coverage gaps and proactively recommend tailored solutions • Present and close personal lines policies including Auto, Home, and Renters • Maintain compliance, documentation, and accurate records within agency systems • Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, performance, and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Active NY Property & Casualty License • Strong communicator who builds trust naturally • Sales-driven mindset with a service-first approach • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured office environment • Spanish speaking is a plus
