Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Training provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients and prospects by phone and email
Support teammates with follow-ups and daily needs
Research and resolve coverage questions
Maintain accurate client files and correspondence
Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance solutions
Help with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and typing skills
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic math
Organized, reliable, ethical, and team-oriented
Compensation:
based on experience and licensing

Experience:
No insurance experience required (we train)
Insurance experience is a plus
