What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll focus on providing excellent service to our clients and supporting ongoing growth. You’ll be trained and supported from day one.
Responsibilities:
Responding to all incoming customer queries and directing them according to our agency's standard procedures.
Providing accurate information or routing clients to the appropriate departments.
Processing documents related to policy changes and renewals.
Maintaining and updating client records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Preparing quotations, checking product availability, and managing payment transactions.
Generating account summaries and internal reports.
Offering administrative support to our Customer Service Agents.
Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures in every client interaction.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both professional skills and a great attitude. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Must-Haves:
Bi-Lingual is a PLUS (Lithuanian, Russian or Ukranian)
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and using a calculator
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized, punctual, and dependable
A friendly, respectful, and ethical approach to work
Experience with CRM systems (especially Infusionsoft, TurboDial, InsuredMine)
