What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll focus on providing excellent service to our clients and supporting ongoing growth. You’ll be trained and supported from day one.
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Ensuring client satisfaction within your assigned book of business
Retaining desirable accounts and handling renewals
Responding quickly and professionally to client needs
Following agency procedures to deliver accurate, high-quality work
Supporting your teammates and contributing to team development
Identifying and closing additional opportunities with existing clients
Participating in marketing efforts and staying focused on client engagement
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both professional skill and a great attitude. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Must-Haves:
Bi-Lingual is a PLUS (Lithuanian, Russian or Ukranian)
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and using a calculator
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized, punctual, and dependable
A friendly, respectful, and ethical approach to work
Experience with CRM systems (especially Infusionsoft, TurboDial, InsuredMine)
Flexible work from home options available.
