    CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. You’ll be responsible for responding to Insurance customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • MUST HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXASMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY Compensation: $32,000+ Depending on Experience
