    Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage options.

    Process policy renewals, changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.

    Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

    Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage client information.

    Educate clients on policy benefits and coverage details to enhance their understanding.

    Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

    Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

    Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
