Job Summary:
We are seeking an empathetic and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, policy adjustments, and claims support. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator dedicated to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage clarifications.
- Policy Management: Process, review, and update insurance policies (commercial, auto, home, life, etc.) with high accuracy.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, explaining coverage and facilitating communication with claims adjusters.
- Problem Resolution: Research and resolve complex client issues with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Coverage Counseling: Review existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate policy upgrades or additions.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
